In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki Anime Reveals April Premiere, Promo, Visual, and More Cast


Following up on a recent promo for the original manga, the anime adaptation of KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN author Soichiro Yamamoto's ninja comedy In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki now has a release window. The series is set to kick off this April, and the first visual and promo are here along with the news.

Yuko Natsuyoshi was previously revealed as the voice of Tsubaki. Other voice cast members include Miyari Nemoto as Sazanka and Sayumi Suzushiro (Kurena Kukumila in 86 EIGHTY-SIX) as Asagao. 



The In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki TV anime is directed by Takudai Kakuchi and features animation production by CloverWorks. 


The original In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki manga is serialized by Shogakukan in their Monthly Shōnen Sunday manga magazine. Set in a remote ninja village populated by lady shinobi that are forbidden from having any contact with men, In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki follows the daily life of Tsubaki, a ninja team leader who is recognized as exceptional even by the leader of the kunoichi clan. But Tsubaki is troubled, because even though she's never seen or touched one, she can't stop thinking about wanting to meet a man.
