Live Spectacle NARUTO Stage Play Returns to Tell Shinobi World War

Six months after the teaser announcement last December, the official website for Live Spectacle NARUTO, the stage play adaptation project based on Masashi Kishimoto's internationally popular action manga series, finally revealed details of its next show, "Live Spectacle NARUTO – Ninkai Taisen, Kaisen (Shinobi World War, Outbreaks)."

As its title, the new show is based on the original manga's "Shinobi World War" arc, which focuses on the secrets surrounding Naruto's birth and the seal of Nine-Tails, and the truth about the mysterious Uchiha clan.

Masaki Nakao, Ryuji Sato, and Ryo Kitazono, will reprise their roles as Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Minato Namikaze, respectively. Nakao says, "Following on from the previous show, in which I put my whole heart and soul into, I am confident that this will be the best stage yet. 'Live Spectacle NARUTO' is always ahead of its time. I am already filled with excitement when I think about what kind of production we will put on this time and how everyone will enjoy it. I hope you can look forward to an even higher level of Naruto."

"Live Spectacle NARUTO – Ninkai Taisen, Kaisen" is scheduled to be performed at The Galaxy Theater in Tokyo from September 17 to 25, 2022, at Kobe Bunka Hall in Hyogo from October 1 to 10, then again at The Galaxy Theater from October 15 to 22.
