Magia Record Final SEASON TV Anime Postponed to Spring 2022 Due to Production Issues

For fans of Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story TV anime that are awaiting the final season of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica spin-off, the official website for the series announced today that the Final SEASON will be postponed to Spring 2022.
The final season of the magical girl series was set to broadcast at the "end of 2021" but is unable to make the scheduled release due to "production issues."

Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story is a spin-off of the hit 2011 TV anime, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, which is based on the Magica Record smartphone game. Both the first and second seasons streamed on Crunchyroll as they aired. The series is described as such:
In exchange for the fulfillment of a wish, Magical Girls keep fighting, unbeknownst to the rest of the world. But Iroha Tamaki can’t seem to remember her wish.
