Though we only met Alec a short while ago, his journey across the Hisui region comes to an end today in the final episode of the Pokémon: Hisuian Snow, which came out on the official Pokémon YouTube channel tonight. The episode, titled “Two Hues,” sees the native Pokémon in the region and the immigrant human population grow closer through now-adult Alec.
What’s more, for players of the Pokémon: Legends Arceus game, Alec’s Shiny Baneful Fox Mask is now available through Mystery Gift until June 2023, making for a perfect fashion item for any shiny Zoroark team.
Pokémon: Hisuian Snow is directed by Ken Yamamoto (animation director and key animator on Fate/Grand Order) over at WIT Studio, with Taku Kishimoto (Pokémon: Twilight Wings) writing the scripts, KURO designing the characters, and music from Conisch. The series spanned three episodes and covers Alec's exploration of the Hisui region. Here's how Pokémon described the third, and final, episode:
“Two Hues” continues the story of Alec and the Hisuian Zorua he befriends despite his father's wishes. Tune in to see if humans and Pokémon can start to learn to live together in the Hisui region.
