Ryusei Yokohama Takes on Deadly Death Games in Usogui Live-action Film Full Trailer

The official website for the forthcoming live-action film adaptation of Toshio Sako's gambling-themed manga Usogui (The Lie Eater) has posted an 80-second full trailer introducing the five deadly death games in the story – 1) DEATH Poker, 2) Devil's Roulette, 3) Aircraft Control Battle, 4) Assassin's Escape Game, and 5) Old Maid of Death.

The clip also features the film's theme song "Live" newly-written/performed by B'z, a Japanese rock duo, consisting of guitarist Takahiro "Tak" Matsumoto and vocalist Koshi Inaba. They said of the song: "We wrote the song 'Live' to express the positive attitude of Baku Madarame, who challenges the game with no way out, not only for his own happiness, but also to expose the unreasonableness of this world, and never gives up living even in a difficult situation. We would be honored if it could be an element that adds even a little flower to the world of Usogui."
