Two more band members have been revealed for Luminous Witches, an upcoming TV anime that is a spin-off series of the popular Strike Witches franchise but that focuses on idol performances rather than aerial combat. The new cast members include:
Rino Yoshikita as Sylvie Carriello.
And Rio Mamesaki as Joanna Elizabeth Stafford.
The story of Luminous Witches focuses on the LNAF Aviation Magic Band Luminous Witches, a group of witches that – rather than fighting the Νέυροι directly – instead protect people's smiles and inspire their hearts and minds with music and song.
Luminous Witches is directed by Shôji Saeki and Kana Harafuji and features animation production by Shaft. The series is currently scheduled to broadcast in Japan in 2022.
